Beef Plates

Winnipeg MB/ Nova Scotian artist Neil Kehler’s mixed media project
about cows, cooking, and farming These photos were taken by Neil during his
time working at farms in Nova Scotia. The text and the drawings in this piece has
been taken from various out-of-print books by both rural farmers and scientists
on the subject of cows and other related topics. Beef Plates was designed
collaboratively by Neil Kehler and Andrew Hill in 2023.
